Season 1 Standard v1.0
The Standards
Every number is published here, in full, before you attempt anything. Six levels. Rx and Scaled. Men and women. Masters and teams. You should never have to wonder what the bar is — you should only have to decide whether you can clear it.
Founding Season calibration window
These standards were published without a live testing season. For the first 90 days we may refine them. If we do, every score already submitted is retained and re-ranked under the refined standard — nothing is thrown away. After that window closes, Season 1 Standard v1.0 is frozen permanently. We would rather tell you this out loud than edit a published benchmark quietly.

Masters — 35 and up
Athletes 35 to 54 use the identical standard and get their own leaderboard bands. Modifications begin at 55+, which is a single Masters band with its own numbers.
- · Step-ups are always allowed in place of jumps.
- · No two-foot takeoff requirements.
- · Jumping pull-up option is available at Scaled.
Season 1 Standard v1.0 publishes Masters values for Rx only. Athletes 55+ competing Scaled use the Scaled movement variants, and for each component the easier of the published Scaled standard or the Masters Rx standard — so Scaled is never harder than Rx at the same age. The 55+ movement relaxations also apply.
Field-equivalent substitutions
Field-equivalent substitutions are legal at Scaled only. Loads may be verified by any scale — film the weigh-in for verified submissions. Rx requires the specified equipment.
- Sandbag or dumbbells (carries, step-ups, ground-to-shoulder) → A loaded backpack
- Dumbbells (carries) → Water jugs
- Plyo box → A sturdy bench or step
MAG — the team division
A MAG is only as ready as its least-ready member. That is not a slogan here — it is a scoring rule. Teams of 2, 4, 6 rank on separate boards and are never cross-ranked.
Move together
All runs and rucks are done by the whole team; maximum 15-second spread at any checkpoint; the team finishes as a unit (within 4 seconds). Pace is the slowest member.
Split the stations
Rep work is a team total, partitioned freely, one member working at a time. Every member must contribute at least 10% of each station.
Carry your own weight class
Each athlete uses their own division's loads — own sex, own age band, Rx or Scaled as registered.
The Supplies
One 40 lb team weight (sandbag or ruck) must be carried by someone at all times, any rotation, in addition to personal loads.
No one left behind
Every MAG workout ends with a casualty carry finisher: one member is designated "down" and transported by teammates.
| Team size | Rep multiplier | Casualty carry |
|---|---|---|
| 2 | ×1.5 | 100 m, swap allowed at 50 m |
| 4 | ×2.5 | 200 m, rotating |
| 6 | ×3.5 | 300 m, rotating or improvised litter |
Now you know the bar.
You do not need to reach Level 6 to matter. You need to reach Level 3.
Read the rules and integrity policy before you film an attempt.
